I am the new user with my blog, before i am start i am apologize if there are still many mistake in my new blog. So, happy reading😊
My name is Enny Milenia Pasgor, usually my friend call  me milen ( Magnificent Milen ) and i am a Bataknese. I was born in Jakarta but my parents come from North Sumatra, exactly in Pancurnapitu Tarutung. So many popular foods in North Sumatra one of them is Ayam Gota, want to know? lets check it out.

Ingredients
- 2 young chickens
- 1 grated old coconut
- 2 lemons, for take the water
- 5 grated lemongrass
- 4 orange leaves torn apart
- 15 slice of onion slices
- 7 garlic cloves are sliced 
- enough salt and sugar
Groun Spices 
- 25 cayanne papper
- 1 ginger thumb
- 2 young galangal thumbs
- 2 tablespoons andaliman
How to make Ayam Gota 
- Cut the chickens into several parts.
- Then seasoning puree.
- Next slice the onion, then fry.
- Roast old coconut which has been grated until the color is brownish.
- Then mash until the oil comes out.
- Enter the chicken into the pan and mix it with fine spices, and leaves, then stir until smooth and add enough salt and sugar, let stand about 20 minutes.
- Then turn on the stove, and stir until it changes color about 5 minutes until the seasoning permeates.
- Add water, after boiling, reduce heat and cover pan.
- After the chickens is tender and the water is shrinking, add the mashed roasted coconut, fried onions and lime juice. stir well.
- Already cooked and can be served.
